Labels and Bluetooth
A label isn't updating
Keep the app open and your phone within a few metres of the label, with Bluetooth on. Labels update one at a time, so a big change can take a minute. If one still won't update, check it isn't connected to another app, and check its battery on the label's page in the app.
The app can't find a new label
Make sure Bluetooth is on and Labeleon is allowed to use it (Settings → Labeleon → Bluetooth). Bring the label close to your phone. A label that's paired to another app won't show up until it's disconnected there.
I got a new phone
Install Labeleon and sign in with the same email. Your inventory and sales come back automatically. Then go to Account → Match labels and hold your phone against each label once, because labels don't broadcast an ID an iPhone can read.
A label shows the wrong price
The app re-sends prices regularly, so bring your phone close and give it a moment. Each label also shows a short tamper code; compare it with the Tamper code on the item's page in the app. If they differ, something other than Labeleon changed the label.
Sales and happy hours
I recorded a sale by mistake
Tap Undo straight after the sale. Later, open the Sales tab, find the deal and tap Reverse deal. The items go back into stock and their labels return.
A happy hour price went below my floor
It can't: sale prices stop at each item's floor. Items held at their floor are shown when you start the sale.
A sale ended but the labels still show sale prices
Labels only change when your phone is nearby with the app open. Open Labeleon near your case and the labels go back to normal prices.
Your account
The sign-in code didn't arrive
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@labeleon.app, and wait a minute. Codes expire after a while, so if it's old, ask for a new one. Still nothing? Email us.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one, everything stays on your phone. An account keeps a copy safe if you lose your phone and lets you use another phone.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Everything saves on your phone first and syncs with your account when there's a connection.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@labeleon.app from the address you sign in with, and we'll delete your account and all its data. See our privacy policy.
