Your data stays yours
What the Labeleon app and website collect, where it's kept and how to delete it. Last updated 1 November 2026.
The short version
- We collect only what the app needs to work: your email address if you create an account, and the inventory and sales you enter.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics, and we never sell or share your data.
- You can use the app without an account, and then nothing leaves your phone.
- Email hello@labeleon.app and we'll delete your account and everything in it.
Without an account
Everything you enter (labels, cards, prices, what you paid, floors, deals and sales) is saved on your iPhone only. We never see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
With an account
An account keeps a copy of your data so it survives a lost phone and can be used on another phone. It stores:
- Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Your records: labels, inventory items and their prices, costs and floors, deals, payments and trades, timed sales, and the app's settings, including the key used to make each label's tamper code.
Your records are private to your account. Each account can only read its own records, and we only look at them if you ask us to help with a problem.
What stays on your phone
- Bluetooth: the app uses Bluetooth to find your labels and update them. Which labels are nearby, and which label is which on this phone, is kept on your phone and not uploaded.
- Notifications: reminders such as "your sale has ended" are scheduled on your phone. We don't send push notifications.
Who handles your data
We use a few services to run Labeleon. Each only receives what it needs:
- Supabase stores accounts and synced records.
- Resend sends sign-in codes, so it receives your email address.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards email sent to labeleon.app addresses.
- Google Fonts supplies this website's fonts, so your browser asks Google for them when a page loads.
These services may store data outside your country. Data is encrypted while it travels between your phone and them.
This website
The website sets no cookies and has no analytics or trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts it, keeps standard request logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data until you delete it. To delete your account and all its records, email hello@labeleon.app from the address you sign in with, and we'll do it within 30 days. Signing out keeps your data on the phone; delete the app to remove it from the phone.
You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
Children
Labeleon is a tool for vendors and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and tell account holders by email about any important change.
